Shirts:

Sides in, shorten sleeves, taper arms, shorten shoulders, add button down, shorten length, replace collar/cuff.

Suit Coats and Blazers:

Shorten or lengthen, shorten or lengthen sleeves, recut shoulders, take in or let out sides seams, make/keep working button holes, replace shoulder pads, taper sleeves, replace lining.

Slacks:

Hem (plain/cuff), shorten or lengthen hem, sides take in or let out, waist take in or let out taper, replace zipper, ½ pocket or full pocket, new lining, new elastic.

Skirts:

Shorten or lengthen hem, take in or let out, taper sides, replace zipper, add or remove lining, open or close slits.

Dresses:

Shorten or lengthen hem, take in or let out, replace zipper, bustle, take in bust, add/remove straps, add cups, replace lining, restyle and/or modernize.
